B&L (ESL) was contracted by the Client to provide civil/structural engineering and MEP design services for the proposed apartment located in Woodley, Nairobi County.

The scope of the consultancy services comprises of civil and structural engineering design from inception stage, schematic design stage, detailed design, production of tender information, construction monitoring through periodic site visits and support through the defects liability period.

The project team was led by an architect separately appointed by the client

• Review of existing architectural plans and layouts;
• Geotechnical and Topographical survey;
• Structural design of the apartment block
• Drainage and earthwork design;
• Geometric and Pavement design for the driveway and car park;
• Contract Management/Construction supervision.
