He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (Kenya) with over 31 years’ experience in Project management and Quantity Surveying for civil engineering, buildings and industrial projects in East Africa.
Bernard has successfully provided Project Management services for numerous projects. He has also carried out Feasibility Studies, Development Appraisals, Cost Engineering, Cost Planning and Control, Claims Management and Disputes Resolution. These attributes equip him to handle large multi-disciplinary projects of any nature.
Bernard has extensive experience in Project Management, Contracts Administration and Disputes resolution which has been effectively used on various projects in his practice. He is passionate about health, safety and quality management in all his projects, and most importantly risk and value engineering which guarantees value for money for the clients.
Lawrence MureithiGroup Director of Operations
Lawrence has over 10 years’ experience in Civil & Structural Engineering services and Construction Project Management, Holds a Masters in Project Planning and Management and a BSc (Hons.) in Civil & Structural Engineering. He is also qualiﬁed in Section 1 of Certiﬁed Public Accountancy and currently pursuing a Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations.
Formerly a Senior Project Manager with MML Turner & Townsend, a Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager with ATKINS and a Graduate Roads Engineer with the Ministry of Roads. He has been a Key Accounts Manager for some key clients particularly in the real estate sector and these clients have beneﬁted from his dedicated, loyal intellectual and innovative approach for a number of years. Lawrence’s core strength is in improving project outcomes for clients through insightful team leadership, risk mitigation and unique value addition. Not only does Lawrence save clients’ money, but helps them achieve a performance step-change that they can own and sustain over the long-term.

Eng. Silas NguruHead of Infrastructure
Eng. Nguru is a registered Consulting Engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya and an active Corporate Member of Institution of Engineers of Kenya. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s of Science degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
Eng. Silas has over 15 years of professional experienced, gained while working with some of the leading engineering consulting ﬁrms in the region including Howard Humphreys East Africa Limited, Atkins Consulting Engineers Limited and SMEC International Pty. Eng. Nguru has played key roles in all phases of highway projects development including Team Leadership, Project Manager, Material and Pavement Engineer among other roles. He is well versed with modern computer technology for project delivery including but not limited to professional use of Civil 3D, InfraWorks 360, Microsoft ofﬁce suite, Microsoft Project, and Global Mapper among others.

Eng. Richard KaburuHead of Property
Eng. Richard is an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering professional with experience in planning, design and construction management in the built environment. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringfrom The University of Nairobi and a Project Management Professional Certiﬁcation (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a registered Consulting Engineer.
Richard’s main area of expertise is the planning and management of multi-disciplinary projects by careful planning and effective management of project stakeholders and project teams to ensure projects are delivered to speciﬁed project requirements.
Richard has over 22 years of experience in delivering consultancy services across Kenya in real estate, mixed use developments, industrial installations and infrastructure projects that cut across from geothermal power plants to warehouses and housing estates to lifestyle malls.
Richard is versed in the use of various computer applications in the delivery of projects such as AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Ofﬁce.
Eng. Lucas OchiengPrincipal Pavement & Highway Engineer
Eng. Ochieng has over 31 years’ experience in many aspects of civil engineering, including planning, design and construction of geotechnical, road and infrastructure projects. His main areas of expertise are Highway engineering, Geotechnics, Construction materials, Pavement design, Contract management, Claims analysis/evaluation and Dispute resolution. Well versed and experienced in the use of FIDIC, IDA, EU, AfDB, GOK (PPOA), GOU (PPDA) and GOT Forms of Contract, and in arbitration, adjudication and other dispute resolution procedures for the construction industry. Eng. Ochieng has worked at technical and team leadership levels and has also acted as expert and adviser for a number of institutions and private entities.
Eng. Ochieng is a Chartered Engineer (UK) and Registered Consulting Engineer (Kenya) with a civil engineering background and specialization in geotechnical and material engineering having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s degree from the University of Benin (Nigeria) majoring in geotechnical engineering. He is also a Chartered Arbitrator (CIArb, UK), a qualiﬁed adjudicator and an accredited mediator.
Eng. Osamong IklengPrincipal Structural Engineer
Eng. Osamong is a Consulting Civil / Structural Engineer registered with Engineers Board of Kenya and holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (JKUAT- Kenya). Serving in various capacities, he has successfully implemented and delivered projects across various sectors including infrastructure, residential sector, real estate, hospitality, health, civil works and logistics in his 19 years of professional practice.
Osamong is experienced in design, value engineering and construction supervision, stakeholder and health and safety management, with a keen interest in advancing his knowledge in the above ﬁelds as well as sustainability, integrated project delivery, quality control and assurance. He is proﬁcient in Autodesk Revit, Robot, RAM structural system, StaadPro and Etabs.

Eng. Christopher MwauraSenior Roads & Transportation Engineer
Eng. Mwaura is a Civil / Structural Engineer registered with Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He holds a Bachelors degree in civil engineering from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), and Masters degree in Project Management from the same university. He is also a Member, MCIArb, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Eng. Mwaura has over 17 years’ experience in feasibility studies, design, construction supervision and contract administration of urban and rural roads along with infrastructure projects including contract documentation, tender evaluation, and management and evaluation of contractual claims. He has experience in carrying out technical audits including compliance quality checks for ongoing design and construction projects, site veriﬁcations on quality and quantity of executed works as well as root cause analysis and capacity building. He also has experience in trafﬁc and transportation engineering including trafﬁc surveys and forecasts.He is proﬁcient in computer applications including Microsoft ofﬁce suite, Ms Project, and engineering design software including Auto CAD, Civil 3D, among others.
Eng. Mali MusiluSenior Water & Sanitation Engineer
Eng. Mali is a water and sanitation engineer with over 7 years of professional working experience gained while working with Howard Humphreys (EA) ltd/ Atkins Consulting Engineers and Dar Al-Handasah Consultants. She holds a Bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Nairobi, and currently pursuing her Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and Management at the same university. She is an Autodesk certiﬁed professional in Civil 3D and has good working knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
Eng. Mali has played key roles in water and sanitation projects at different project stages including project inception and feasibility studies, detailed design as well as construction. She has successfully performed such tasks as preparation of construction drawings for water and sanitation infrastructure, preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, speciﬁcations, proposals, reports and supervision of construction works.

Eng. Josphat MugunSenior Highway Engineer
Eng. Mugun is a highly experienced Highway engineer with over 13 years in active roles spanning feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, highways construction supervision, contracts administration and project management.
Eng. Mugun has been actively involved in feasibility studies and detailed engineering design of transportation projects and urban development schemes in key roles ranging from scheme modeling to project management. Speciﬁcally, Eng. Mugun led the design and modelling of the road network across and within a 387-acre mixed use development complex for Tilisi developments, detailed engineering design of 4Km dual carriageway on the Magongo road in Mombasa city Eng, carried out feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and tender documentation for Kulamawe – Modogashe (B84) road and the 450Km Lake Victoria Ring Road, construction supervision and contract administration of the Webuye – Kitale Road (A1). Eng. Mugun is a registered professional engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya, Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Eng. Mugun is an Autodesk Certiﬁed Professional with specialist skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) with speciﬁc expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk Infraworks 360 among a vast array of Planning, Design and GIS software.
Kevin RotichCivil Engineer
Kevin is Civil Engineer and a holder of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (1st Class Hons) from the University of Nairobi. He has 4 years of experience in the design and construction supervision of roads, storm water drainage systems, water supply and sewer systems for multiple projects in various sectors e.g., health, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, energy, and real estate.
Kevin is experienced in highway geometric and pavement design to Kenyan, Tanzanian, Ugandan and South African road design manuals, hydrological studies, hydraulic design, and trafﬁc impact studies. He has also been a champion of adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools in civil engineering. He is proﬁcient with several civil and structural engineering software packages e.g. AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil3D, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, Autodesk Robot, Revit, Staad.Pro and Prokon.
Kevin is well organized, resourceful and has excellent analytical and problem solving skills. He is a graduate member of both the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and The Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
